A19 is a residential project developed by Áurea. Its location in Coco del Mar, between Omar Park and the Bay of Panama, on the northwest side of Avenida Cincuentenario, allows for the combination of architectural and urban elements, allowing for the harmonious development of a concept based on architecture, bioclimatic, landscaping, and interior design.

A19 is sensitive and responsible to its environment and the conditions it offers. It uses Panama's climate to its advantage to provide an experience of well-being and comfort.

Balconies and sunshades are architectural solutions for protecting the interior from direct solar radiation, reducing the need for air conditioning and other cooling systems, which in turn reduces energy consumption and improves the comfort of building users.

A solar study revealed that, due to its location, the façade would be exposed to direct radiation. We designed a façade with sunshades and deep balconies to reduce this radiation.
